The cross country ski area at Laurel Mountain stretches from Laurel Mountain State Park through Forbes State Forest to Laurel Summit State Park.  Tracks are set on 5 to 10 km of trails by PACCSA's Laurel Mountain Grooming team.  When conditions permit, the trails groomed are Lippo's Loop, Bill Albert's, Towhee, Silvermine and Interstate (Interstate is shown unlabelled, in black dashed lines, on the DCNR map). 

Laurel Summit Nordic Ski Patrol patrols the trails and volunteers staff the warming hut at weekends; the hut is also open weekdays.
