Venue information, directions and parking info

Laurel Mountain Warming Hut, Laurel Summit Rd, Boswell, PA 15531
Directions to the venue   More information about the venue

The only good route to the race venue takes Route 30 to Summit Rd. Do not attempt to reach it by any other way, as the minor roads across the mountain become snowmobile trails in winter. From Route 30, proceed down Summit Rd and continue straight on past the turn to the Laurel Mountain downhill resort, marked by a little stone building. Just a little way past that turn, there is a large parking area on the left. This is just before the race start area. Continue further down Summit Rd to reach the Nordic Warming Hut, where we are holding the race registration. There is another parking area starting opposite the Warming Hut and continuing along the right hand side of the road. Do not park anywhere else on Summit Rd, or you risk being ticketed. The parking areas are visible on the course map if you select satellite view.
