Please join us at Forbes State Forest on Saturday, September 28 for the final Laurel Mountain Volunteer Group work day of 2019! The work day will take place from 10AM to 2PM. Please meet at the Laurel Mountain Warming Hut. Please come prepared with work gloves, protective eyewear, long sleeves, long pants, and sturdy shoes/boots. Projects for the work day will include brush work, trail re-armoring, graffiti removal, and more.

Please plan to stay after the work is complete for our annual volunteer appreciation picnic that will be provided to all who participate! Food will include hamburgers, hotdogs, potato salad, and desserts!
